Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Switch/Maestro, JCB, Delta, Solo, and Electron.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post, or over our secure Internet connection.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer does not for any reason authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, all information may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling We dispatch rather than deliver our goods. We use a secure courier to send all items - worldwide if required. All goods are tracked via our system: we value the security of your artworks. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

We require a contact telephone number in all cases, this is purely for purposes of the courier to ensure goods reach their destination satisfactorily.

FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay or default if caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to, Acts of God, Government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary license), wars, insurrections, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.

In the case of import duties, the purchaser is responsible in these cases for any duties incurred during shipping.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 5-7 business days . International orders are generally received in under 10-14 days.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We use original Albums and album covers. As such we cannot guarantee thet they are in pristine contition. While every attempt is made to use each in the best possible condition as they are originals, each cannot be guaranteed and are to be accepted in the state of condition that they are now in and were in previous to them becoming PopArt pieces of art.

We stress that images on this site are as accurate a guide as possible, and many not exactly reflect materials used. Each PopArt work is hand made and customised by an individual artist. We ask our customers to take this into account upon purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisified with your art, please ensure any complaints are received in writing (e-mail or post) within 48 hours of receipt.

Refunds will only be issued after the satisfactory return of items bought (with prior notification of return). All items returned to us must be in the condition they were received, or refunds will be cancelled.

Any damages by return are the responsibility of the sender.
